  1. I love this story! And you’re writing is powerful. You may not be Francine Rivers, but Brenda Gates’ story is a powerful one just the same.

  2. I love this. I’m a newbie in this website. I joined because I want to pursue my dream of writing. I stopped writing some years ago when I wrote a poem and my friend told me it wasn’t good, it was too long, and that’s not how poems are written. I write my thoughts, feelings and emotions down. I write to feel better and to inspire people through my story

    1. Never let others steal your dream. Few of us are any good when we start writing, but with practice and determination, we learn and grow. Writing our thoughts and emotions is a wonderful outlet, and helpful in clarifying what we truly believe. Keep learning and keep writing!
